What to Expect

Before your session begins, your therapist will review your pregnancy history, current stage, and any specific areas of discomfort. Techniques are carefully selected to be safe and effective throughout all trimesters, with particular attention to positioning and pressure.

Our pregnancy pillow is a game-changer for prenatal massage. Most clients are amazed that they can lie face-down comfortably for the first time in months. This position allows your therapist to address the back, hips, and glutes that are under so much strain during pregnancy, without any pressure on the abdomen.

Side-lying positioning is also available when preferred or medically indicated. Your comfort and safety are always the priority.
