Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By booking and receiving services from Align Massage Center ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.  

2. Services Provided:

Align Massage Center provides professional massage therapy services. Our services are intended for therapeutic purposes and are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have any medical conditions, please consult with your healthcare provider before receiving a massage.

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation:

• Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

• Cancellation/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened session to avoid inconveniencing other clients. You will still be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

• No-Shows: Failure to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the scheduled service.

  
  

4. Payment:

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

  
  

5. Health Information:

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information during your initial consultation and any subsequent appointments.

• Please inform your therapist of any changes in your health condition.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be detrimental to your health.

  
  

6. Code of Conduct:

• We maintain a professional and respectful environment.

• Inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated.

• We reserve the right to terminate a session and refuse future services if a client violates this code of conduct.

  
  

7. Confidentiality:

• All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

• Therapeutic notes are kept secure and confidential.

  
  

8. Text Message Appointment Reminders:

• By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text message appointment reminders from Align Massage Center.

• These text messages will be used solely for the purpose of confirming and reminding you of your scheduled appointments.

• Your phone number will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with any third parties.

• You can opt out of receiving text message reminders at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or by contacting us directly.

• Standard text messaging rates may apply.

  
  

9. Liability:

• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.

• We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• You agree to release Align Massage Center and its therapists from any liability related to your massage therapy session.

  
  

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• Any changes will be posted on our website or made available upon request.  

• Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

  
  

11. Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Carolina.
