Helen Schmidt has 22 years of experience as a massage therapist, focusing primarily on deep tissue and therapeutic massage. She enjoys witnessing the health benefits her clients have experienced from massage therapy, such as decreased pain/anxiety, increased mobility, and overall better quality of life. As a registered nurse of 35 years, her focus was on medical surgery, transplant and cardiac catheterization. Her extensive nursing experience and knowledge has enabled her to build a successful massage therapy career.

Helen recently relocated to Bluffton from Virginia, where she practiced massage therapy in a health club. She has had the pleasure of helping a diverse range of clients, from athletes to those recovering from surgery and seniors looking to enhance their well-being.
