Judy Kittinger, LMT, brings more than 25 years of experience as a Medical Massage Therapist to Align. A graduate of the Reese Institute School of Massage Therapy, Judy has spent her career mastering advanced modalities including Neuromuscular Therapy, Structural Energetic Therapy, cranial/structural release, and TMJ-focused techniques.

She assesses the body through kinesiology, using muscle testing to pinpoint imbalances and guide a treatment plan tailored to each client's needs, relieving pain, easing postural distortion, and restoring mobility.

Judy is also a dedicated educator, guiding clients through self-care practices like targeted stretching and Yamuna Body Rolling so the benefits of each session carry into everyday life.
