Terry Whitt is a National Board Certified Medical and Sports Massage Therapist with over 30 years of experience. She has been massaging in the Lowcountry for over 20 years, working in medical spas, chiropractic offices, wellness centers, 5-star resorts, acupuncture clinics, and fitness centers where she was an integral part of their healthcare teams. She especially enjoys treating those with medical or sports-related injuries and assisting in their healing process. She is known for her work on hips and frozen shoulders, where she incorporates shiatsu acupressure to release pain for her clients.

Terry graduated Virginia School of Massage in 2000, where she obtained her medical and sports massage program education. Terry also studied at The Harold J. Reilly School of Massotherapy in Virginia. She loves a challenge and will implement specific bodywork for injuries or post-surgery therapy. Terry employs a unique blend of technical modalities and 30 years of experience to personalize a massage to your specific needs.
